Cerrese Bejarano is the daughter of Antoinette Bejarano. She has two siblings, and intends to major in International Business.

Bejarano is a graduate of Otay Ranch High School in San Diego. While attending, she was named team defensive mvp Mesa League 1st team selection, team captain, and Mesa League 2nd team selection.
