Tiffin University

Nathan Ewing enters his fifth season as an assistant coach for the Tiffin University men's soccer program in 2026. 

Ewing has helped guide the Dragons through one of the most successful stretches in program history. In 2025, Tiffin captured its fourth consecutive G-MAC regular season championship and added the G-MAC Tournament title before advancing to the second round of the NCAA Division II National Tournament. The Dragons finished the season with a 13-2-5 overall record. 

In 2024, Ewing helped lead the Dragons to their third consecutive G-MAC regular season championship while advancing to the NCAA Division II National Tournament Sweet 16 for the first time in program history. Tiffin finished with a 14-6-1 overall record and earned a No. 15 ranking in the final United Soccer Coaches national poll, the highest finish in program history. 

In 2023, Ewing helped guide the Dragons to both the G-MAC regular season and conference tournament championships. Tiffin advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II National Tournament and finished with a 14-3-3 overall record. The Dragons climbed as high as No. 22 in the United Soccer Coaches national rankings during the season. 

A native of Cornwall, England, Ewing played two seasons at Snow College before transferring to Shawnee State University, where he completed his collegiate playing career. 

At Snow College, Ewing served as team captain and led them to back-to-back regional championships while helping the program maintain a national ranking throughout both seasons.  

Ewing earned his bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Shawnee State University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sport Management from Tiffin University.
