John Tenerowicz enters his third year with the Tiffin University men's basketball program in 2025-26.
Tenerowicz served last season as graduate assistant coach for the Dragons, helping them to post 18 wins (the most wins in 25 years) and reach its first G-MACÂ semifinal appearance. He assisted the team in all phases including scouting reports, individual player development plans, and daily workouts. He also worked extensively on social media initiatives while assisting in the recruiting process.Â
He played from 2018-22 at Ohio University where he also helped lead the team to the 2021 MAC Tournament championship and a 2021 NCAA Tournament appearance, eventually advancing to the round of 32. He also played for Tiffin during the 2022-23 season, as the Dragons totaled the most conference wins in school history and advanced to their first postseason appearance since moving to NCAA Division II.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a master's degree from Tiffin University.
