Zane Cox enters his second season with the Tiffin University football coaching staff in 2025-26 as strength and conditioning coach. He joined the staff in January of 2024.Â
Cox previously served at the University of Louisiana Monroe as Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning. Prior to that he served for one season as an intern for football strength and conditioning for Texas A&M University. Cox also has experience in the strength and conditioning field at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
He was a two-year starter for UT-Martin as well as a two-year captain.
He holds certifications in USAW, CPR/AED/First Aid and is pursuing CSCS.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Cognate Interdisciplinary Studies & Sports Management from Tennessee at Martin in 2018 and followed up with a master’s from UT Martin in Cognate Special Education in 2020.
