Zack Blair

Zack Blair enters his first season as Head Coach at Tiffin University in 2026-27

Blair served as a Tiffin assistant coach for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. He served as offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach and as recruiting coordinator.

During Blair's two seasons with the Dragons, the team went 15-8 including 13-5 in conference games. His offenses ranked among the best in the conference, as they led the G-MAC in offense in both 2025 (31.5 ppg) and 2024 (32.7).

Blair served as Pass Game Coordinator/Running Backs/Recruiting Coordinator for Saginaw State University in 2023. Prior to that, Blair was on the coaching staff of nationally-ranked NAIA program Indiana Wesleyan from 2020-22, coaching running backs, tight ends, and wide receivers while also serving as passing game coordinator in 2022.

While at IWU, Blair helped the team become the Mid-States Football Association Mideast Champions in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons. The Wildcats were semi-finalists in the NAIA Playoffs in 2022. Blair coached the MSFA offensive player of the year, a first-time honor for the Wildcats program, and also led an NAIA First-Team All-American at wide receiver in 2022. He also had two wideouts earn all-conference honors and another earned an honorable mention.

Blair, his wife Lauren, son Tuffton, and daughter Navy reside in Tiffin.

- Coached First Player in IWU history to receive NAIA Offensive Player of the Week (2021)
