Tiffin University

Marco Aguinaga enters his second year with the Tiffin University football coaching staff in 2025-26. He serves as running backs coach.

Aguinaga was a team captain for five years at Baker University, helping lead the team to four conference championships as the quarterback. He was a 2022 NAIA All-American quarterback and a four-year starting quarterback at Baker. He also earned four First Team All Conference honors and holds the record for most passing yards in a single game at Baker. 

After his graduation from Baker, he played overseas in both the Brazil Football League and the Austrian Football League. He was named MVP of the Brazil Pro League while also earning First Team honors.

Aguinaga holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Baker University.
