Whetnall was off to a good start through 11 games and 33 at-bats, recording a .273 average with two doubles, a triple, a homer, and eight RBI.
2019:
Whetnall played in 35 games as a junior, scoring nine runs with five hits and six walks.
2018:
Whetnall appeared in 13 games for the Dragons, recording one run scored in five at-bats.
2017:
Whetnall played in eight games, starting in four games. Nick logged 14 at bats, six hits, two walks, and a .429 batting average.
Personal:
Nick is the son of Sharon Whetnall. He is a graduate of Pickerington North High School, and is majoring in Exercise Science.
High School:
Nick had great success in high school, twice winning a district championship, winning a regional championship, and winning the OHSAA Division I Championship.
