Green played 32 games for the Dragons and hit .292 with 3 doubles and 4 home runs accounting for 25 RBI.
2021:
Green appeared in 40 games for the Dragons and batted .315 with 11 doubles, two triples and two home runs accounting for 37 RBI… He was selected Third Team All-Conference for his efforts this season… He placed high in GMAC standings - 8th in on base percentage, 13th in RBI, 13th in doubles, 17th in triples, and 6th in walks.
2020 (shortened due to COVID-19):
Green appeared in 10 games with 35 at-bats, recording seven hits, a double, and homer, and five RBI.
2019:
Green was the Dragons' everyday catcher as a sophomore, playing in 50 of TU's 56 games. He recorded a .298 average and .456 on-base percentage in 131 at-bats, with 30 runs, 39 hits, seven doubles, 16 RBI, and a team-high 31 walks.
2018:
Green played in 23 games for the Dragons, recording nine hits in 64 at-bats with a pair of doubles.
Personal:
Nich is the son of Steve and Julie Green. He is a graduate of Big Walnut High School, and is majoring in Sports Management.
High School:
Nich had a successful high school career, both individually and as a team. Green was a 2nd team OCC selection, team MVP, and was named the Offensive Player of the Year. From a team standpoint, Nich collected a regional championship, two district championships, and made a trip to the OHSAA Final Four.
