2021:
Vance appeared in 44 games for the Dragons hitting .354, with 11 doubles, and two home runs accounting for 41 RBI…only struck out 18 times and scored 38 runs… Earned a Third Team All-Conference selection… He placed high in the GMAC standings, finished 12th in batting percentage, 15th in runs scored, 7th in hits, 6th in RBI, and 12th in doubles.
2020 (shortened due to COVID-19):
Vance was off to a hot start before the cancellation of the season, hitting .391 in 11 games and 46 at-bats. He compiled 18 hits, two doubles, 10 RBI, and a walk.
2019:
Vance was a mainstay at third base, appearing in 56 games and recording the second-most at-bats on the team with 203, a mark that is also second all-time in Tiffin history. He hit .232 for the year with eight doubles, three homers, 31 runs scored, and finished fourth on the team with 31 RBI. Vance notched three-RBI games on four occasions during the year, including back-to-back games against Davis & Elkins in April.
2018:
Vance made his mark in his first season on the field for the Dragons, playing in all 45 games and hitting .282 in 156 at-bats. He finished the year with 44 hits, five doubles, two home runs, and 16 RBI. Vance registered four three-hit games in 2018, including a game against Malone on 4/11 where he went 3-5 with a home run and three RBI.
Personal:
Kyle is the son of Dan and Leighann Vance and has one sibling, Taylor. He is majoring in Marketing at Tiffin.
Previous:
Kyle transferred to Tiffin after one season at Jefferson College in Missouri, where he hit .313 in 27 games with 15 RBI and 12 runs scored. At Holt High School, he was First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-District his senior year.
