Biography

2020 (shortened due to COVID-19):

Havekost recorded 33 at-bats in 10 games, hitting .303 with five runs, two doubles, 10 RBI, and two walks.

2019:

Havekost appeared in 11 games and hit .242 in 30 at-bats with a pair of doubles and six RBI before an injury cut short his freshman season.

Personal:

Hunter is the son of Doug and Angie Havekost and has two siblings, Austin and Kayla. Austin was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 17th round of the 2018 draft out of Kent State. Hunter is majoring in Sports Marketing at Tiffin.

High School:

Havekost was First Team All-State, two-time First Team All-County, and two-time First Team All-District during his time at Medina High School.
