Carson appeared in one game, getting one out without allowing a hit.
2019:
Carson made seven appearances on the mound as a junior with one start, posting an 8.53 ERA with eight strikeouts.
2018:
Carson made 13 appearances on the mound, starting two, for the Dragons in 2018 and posted 12 strikeouts in 18.0 innings of work.
2017:
Carson was relied on heavily during his rookie campaign, logging 15 appearances, a 4-3 record, and 31 1/3 innings. Hunter struck out 22 batters and was especially tough on left handed hitters, allowing only eight hits in 22 at bats for a .222 batting average against.
Personal:
Hunter is the son of Brad and Jackie Carson and has one brother, Tyler. He is a graduate of Otsego High School, and is majoring in Law Enforcement.
High School:
Hunter was a 1st team All-NBC pitcher, and won a Sectional Championship in 2016. Carson owns the school record for strikeouts in a game, strikeouts in a season, and innings pitched in a career.
