Biography

2023-24: Recorded a career-high 31 solo tackles and career-high 49 total tackles. Had nine tackles for loss, three sacks, and two fumble recoveries. Named to the CSC Academic All- District Team.  

2022-23:

Connell appeared in seven games, making 13 tackles and setting career-highs in sacks with two and forced fumbles with two.

2021-22:

Jesse played in eleven games, totaling 32 tackles (21 solo) and one tackle for loss.

Personal:

Son of Mathew and Crystal Chambers and has four siblings...majoring in Homeland Security.

High School:

2020 Season: Mid State League 1st Team Defense, 1st Team All Ohio, Central District Defensive Player of the Year, Central District 1st Team Defense; 2019 Season: 3rd Team All Ohio, 1st Team Mid State League defense, Central District 1st Team defense.
