KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Tiffin University men's soccer team has been recognized with the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year, the organization recently announced.
 
To qualify for the award, programs must post a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher throughout the academic year. Tiffin was one of just 175 institutions across all three NCAA divisions to have both its men's and women's soccer programs earn the distinction this year.
 
The Dragons recorded a 3.13 team GPA during the 2025-26 academic year.
 
Tiffin opens the 2026 season on Thursday, Aug. 27, hosting No. 9 ranked University of Charleston at the Paradiso Athletic Complex. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
