Tiffin University (10-4) lived up to its 14th ranking with a pair of victories on the final day of its spring trip. The Dragons defeated 12th-ranked Assumption 6-1 and Spring Arbor 5-2.
Tiffin pulled out close doubles wins to take the first point.

In singles, TU won five matches and took the sixth match three sets. All of Tiffin's singles wins were in straight sets.Â
Marionneau won 6-3, 6-4, Portillo prevailed 6-4, 6-2, and Perucchini posted a 6-2, 6-2 win.
Erwan Colin also had a 6-2, 6-2 win while Senior won 6-2, 6-3. Driesner fell in a close one 2-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-7).
Against Spring Arbor, TU took two of three matches for the doubles point.

In singles, TU won three three-set matches. Castro prevailed 3-6, 7-6 (7-4), 1-0 (10-6), while Coley won 7-6 (7-3), 4-6, 1-0 (10-8).
Samuel Rossi also gutted through a 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-7) victory.
Westall got the Dragons' other point with a 6-2, 6-0 win.
