Tififn University had a number of men's wrestling standouts honored with the announcement of the G-MAC 2025-26 wrestling honors.
Anthony Aniciete was named G-MAC Wrestler of the Year while
Antonio Guerra was named G-MAC Coach of the Year.
Emilio Arellano was named G-MAC Wrestler of the Meet following the conclusion of the G-MAC Championships.
Aniciete was the G-MAC 125-pound champion and a First Team selection while also winning the Super Region title. He ultimately finished as national runner-up at 125 pounds and posted a 24-3 record.
Arellano also had a strong year, winning the 174-pound championship at the G-MAC Championships. He qualifed for NCAA nationals after winning the Region title. He finished with a 32-8 season record.
Guerra, who had previously been named NWCA Super Region 3 Coach of the Year, earned the G-MAC honor after leading the team to the regular season championship with another unbeaten record. It is also the second conference coaching honor of Guerra's career after earning G-MAC Coach of the Year honors in 2023.
They finished 3rd at the Super Region 3 Tournament and sent four wrestlers to the NCAA National Championships.Â

Jake Powell (285) came in third.Â
The Dragons boasted five individual champions at the G-MAC Championships. The Dragons were also ranked as high as 3rd nationally by the NWCA early in the season and remained in the Top 10 throughout the year.Â

Nolan Gessler (165), and
David Davis (184).
Jake Powell (285) and
Max Millin (197) were Second Team picks.
