Tiffin University (11-4, 1-0 G-MAC) opened its G-MAC season in fine fashion, defeating Cedarville 5-1.

Tiffin won the doubles point by taking two of three matches. Lorenzo Perucchini/Romain Marionneau and Martin Driesner/Jose Portillo both won their matches by a 6-3 score. Lorenzo Galeno/Harry Senior lost by a 6-3 score.

Tiffin got all its singles points in straight set victories. Marionneau rolled to a 6-3, 6-3 win while Driesner also won 6-2, 6-3. Portillo cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win and Perucchini also won 6-2, 6-3.

Erwan Colin lost a tough match 2-6, 6-3, 1-0 (10-8) while Galeno was ahead 6-2, 2-0 when play was halted.
