Tiffin University (2-1) stunned 13th-ranked Grand Valle State with a 4-3 victory on the road.

Harry Senior won the deciding match at 6th singles, posting a 6-4, 6-0 victory.

Tiffin also swept the doubles matches to take the first point. Martin Driesner/Jose Portillo won 6-3, while Lorenzo Perucchini/Romain Marionneau squeezed out a 7-5 win and Senior/Marlon Huber won another close one 6-4.

Tiffin got its other two points in singles play. Portillo won a razor thin 7-6, 6-4 decision while Perucchini cruised to a 6-2, 6-0 victory.

Marionneau lost a close 6-3, 7-5 singles match while Driesner fell in three sets 1-6, 6-1, 6-2.
