Tiffin University (7-7, 2-5 G-MAC) suffered through second-half shooting woes, falling in a close one to Findlay 71-62.
With the score tied 48-48 at the start of the fourth quarter, the Dragons could not get hot from the floor, shooting 26 percent in the period to Findlay's 54 percent. Even with the shooting disparity, the Dragons only trailed 61-60 with 3:39 to play.
Findlay outscored TU over the remainder of the game 11-1, with 8 of those points coming from the free throw line.
Tiffin had a solid first half, shooting 52 percent in the second quarter to build a 37-30 halftime lead.
Isabelle Niederst led the Dragons with 17 points while
Megan Campbell and
Myka Richardson had 12 points each. Richardson totaled with 7 rebounds while Campbell added 6 more.
Serenitee Johnson had 11 points with 5 rebounds, while
Hailey Unger had 8 points with 9 rebounds.
