Tiffin University (8-8) fell to 17th-ranked Wayne State 6-1 in a road matchup.

The match started well for the Dragons as they secured the doubles point. Jose Portillo/Matthew Weaver won 6-3 and Lorenzo Perucchini/Romain Marionneau posted a 6-4 victory. 

In singles, the Warriors swept the matches. Portillo fell 6-3, 7-5 while Janis Auslands lost another close one 6-4, 7-6 (7-5). Romain Nicolas lost in three sets 6-0, 4-6, 1-0 (10-4).

Erwan Colin also fell 7-6 (8-6), 6-3, while Marionneau (7-6 (7-3), 6-1) and Martin Driesner (6-2, 6-4) also lost.
