Tiffin University (9-19, 4-16 G-MAC) closed out its season with a 68-58 road victory at Walsh.
Tiffin took advantage of poor shooting by the Cavaliers, who shot just 25 percent in the first half including 4-for-21 from three-point land. The Dragons countered with 43 percent from the floor to build a 16-10 first quarter lead and an eventual 32-23 halftime margin.
The Dragons also got strong production inside, outscoring Walsh in the paint 36-18 despite being outrebounded 39-34.
Presley Feltner came off the bench to score 15 points with 9 rebounds in one of her strongest games of the season.
Grace Craig also connected for 8 points and 7 rebounds.
The Dragons increased their shooting percentage in the second half, shooting 54 percent for the half to keep Walsh in check. They built their lead to a game-high 19 points with 4:00 remaining in the third quarter.
Tiffin also made the most of Walsh's 19 turnovers, totaling 27 points off Cavalier miscues.Â
Isabelle Niederst led the Dragons with 19 points while
Megan Campbell also had 12 points.
Lyv Lindeman also had 7 points with 4 rebounds.
