Tiffin University (1-6) could not pull out some close matches, falling to Purdue Northwest 5-2.

The Dragons won two singles matches for their points. Romain Marionneau picked up a 6-4, 6-0 victory while Janis Auslands battled for a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 win.

Tiffin dropped two of the three opening doubles matches, with all three contests being close. Martin Driesner/Marionneau pulled out a 7-6 (7-1) victory. Nico Ritz/Jose Portillo and Lorenzo Perucchini/Matthew Weaver both fell by 7-5 scores.

Driesner also lost a three-set singles match 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 while Weaver fell 6-3, 6-2. Also falling in singles play was Portillo 6-3, 7-5 and Ritz 6-1, 6-4.
