Five Tiffin University men's soccer players have earned All G-MAC selection by vote of the conference coaches.
Landing First Team honors were defender
Kristopher McDonald and midfielder
Zach Garcia. Second Team selections went to forward
Anelson Azard, goalkeeper
Nick Cherry, and defender
Mamadou Keita.
McDonald, Keita, and Cherry led one of the best defensive lines in Tiffin's history, allowing just 7 goals entering postseason play. They totaled 12 shutouts in the regular season and are just one shutout away from tying the single season TU record. Cherry has totaled a 0.41 GAA and .829 save percentage in the nets, as Tiffin has allowed only 41 total shots on goal for the regular season. Cherry ranks 2nd nationally in GAA while the team is 3rd in shutout percentage.
This marks Garcia's second All G-MAC honor after earning Second Team honors in 2023. He led the team with 8 assists, helping to guide the team to the regular season G-MAC championship.
This also marks Azard's second All G-MAC selection. He led the team in goals and points, totaling 6 goals and 12 points.
