Annesley Day won the 124-pound title at the 2025 Tiffin Open as the women's wrestling team opened its 2025-26 season.

Day made quite the impression in her Dragons debut, as she posted wins over Meredith Greenslade 12-2, Lindsey Wilson 10-0, Rochester Christian 10-0, Indiana Tech 12-2, and Otterbein 8-8 in OT for the title.

Erin Martin (180) placed 3rd overall. She opened with a 5-0 win over Mount Union and a fall in 2:01 over Otterbein. After falling 7-0 to Adrian, she bounced back with wins over Lindsey Wilson 6-1 and Mount Union 10-0 in the third-place match.

Tiffin's other placer was Sophia Antonio (138) who took 5th. Antonio opened with three wins over Davenport (1:55), Lindsey Wilson (2:38), and Cumberlands (2:27). She then fell to Lindsey Wilson in OT 6-4 and Cumberlands 6-4 before winning her final match by fall in 34 seconds over Rio Grande.

Other wins for TU came from Charlize Distel at 110 pounds (fall in 3:52 over Lindsey Wilson), Sienna Sanborn at 131 pounds (fall in 5:10 over Davenport, fall in 40 seconds over Rochester Christian), Alaysia Coleman at 138 pounds (10-0 over Alma, fall in 5:16 over Trine), and Gennaveve Matt at 145 pounds (fall in 4:56 over Hiram, fall in 58 seconds over Hiram).
