The Dragons sent eight student-athletes to compete at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, with three recording top-10 finishes.

The only field athlete for Tiffin was
Jacob McPherson in the weight throw, placing eighth with a toss of 20.51 meters. He collected the one and only points for the Dragons as a team thus far.

On the track,
Malachi Adams put in a strong performance in the preliminary round of the 60-meter dash. He finished second overall with a time of 6.64 seconds, seven-hundredths of a second behind first. He was followed by Dante Sol in 12th, crossing the line in 6.79s.

Joshua Page competed in the 400-meter, placing 10th with a time of 47.96s. He ended 0.11 seconds off the final qualifying spot. Meanwhile,
Lewis Cotterill took 13th in the 800-meter race, finishing in 1:52.05.

The final event of the day was the men's distance medley relay where Nathaniel Onracek,
Michael McNeil,
Talel Khalfi, and Cotterill combined for 11th place in 9:55.85.

Adams' qualifying time will advance him to the 60-meter final, set for 6:20 p.m. tomorrow.
