The Dragons (5-7, 4-4 G-MAC) faced off with Mercyhurst for the second time this year to close out the regular season, suffering a narrow 14-8 defeat on the road.
 
Tiffin and Mercyhurst were level coming out of the first quarter of partner stunts at 2-2. The Lakers took the advantage at the half as the Dragons picked up just one point in the second quarter in round three.
 
Mercyhurst extended its lead by a further two points in each of the final two quarters to secure the 14-8 victory.
 
Kaiah Hicks, Karli Liming, and Allyson Patrick all tied for the highest rating on the team with 15. The trio was followed closely by Madeline Miller with 13.
 
Tiffin now looks to prepare for the G-MAC Conference Championship which it will host beginning on Thursday, March 28 through Saturday, March 30. The Dragons will begin with pool play, first facing Hiram College at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday.
