Tiffin University (6-2-1, 5-0 G-MAC) continued its conference streak of wins, shutting out Northwood 4-0 on the road.
The score was close at halftime as the Dragons continued to play tough defense, allowing no shots on goal in the half. The Dragons led 1-0 at the break after
Caleb Gibbons's unassisted goal in the 5th minute.
The Dragons blew things open in the second half, scoirng almost immediately in the 46th minute when
Aalon Wilson Wright took a pass from
Jahzihno O'Garro and buried it in the back of the net to make it 2-0.
Tiffin added two more goals in a five-minute stretch when
Anelson Azard took another dish from O'Garro in the 62nd minute and followed it up in the 67th minute when
PrayGod Pallangyo handled a pass from Gibbons to finish the scoring.
Overall Tiffin outshot Northwood 14-8 but allowed just 2 shots on goal over 90 minutes.Â
