Tiffin University returns to the road for a conference game with Walsh Oct. 19 at 12 pm.

Overall Tiffin has an 10-8 career record against the Cavaliers but have won eight consecutive meetings dating back to 2015. The Dragons have not lost to Walsh in 10 years and have outscored the Cavaliers over the last three seasons 138-29. Last year Tiffin won 40-13. 

LAST TIME OUT

Tiffin only allowed two field goals on offense against Ohio Dominican, holding the ball for nearly 13 minutes more than the Panthers in a 31-13 victory. Tiffin held a commanding 19-6 lead in first downs and outgained ODU 422-171 including 204-33 on the ground. Tiffin shrugged off three interceptions and held the Panthers to just 1-for-13 on third-down conversions. 

WALSH NOTES

The Cavaliers have won two in a row including a thrilling 36-35 overtime victory last week at Hillsdale, their first win over the Chargers in school history. Their only conference loss was a 44-21 defeat to Thomas More. Their three conference wins over Kentucky Wesleyan, Hillsdale, and Lake Erie have a combined overall record of 4-14. They've got the highest scoring offense in the G-MAC averaging 37.7 points per game and have the best rushing attack in the G-MAC, averaging 189.8 yards per game on the ground. They are outscoring their opponents 226-158 (+68). Defensively, Walsh ranks seventh in the conference by allowing an average of 26.3 points per game.  

PASSING: A duo of quarterbacks have seen playing time. T.C. Molk has played in five games and is 46-of-66 for 740 yards with five touchdowns and zero interceptions. Dalys Jett has played in four games and is 36-of-83 for 569 yards with four touchdowns and one interception. Both QBs are dual threats with both finding success on the ground as well.  

RUSHING: Cameron Macon has rushed 62 times for 335 yards with five touchdowns...Dante Walker has rushed 44 times for 213 yards with two touchdowns...Dalys Jett has rushed 40 times for 194 yards with four touchdowns...Jake Gill has rushed 47 times for 189 yards with one touchdown. ..T.C. Molk has 20 carries for 152 yards with three touchdowns.  

RECEIVING: Anthony Harris has 18 catches for 364 yards with three touchdowns...Garrett Waite has 14 catches for 302 yards with one touchdown...Trey Martin has 6 catches for 120 yards with one touchdown...Grant Knight has 6 catches for 102 yards with one touchdown.  

KICKING/ SPECIAL TEAMS: Trent Doerfler handles the kicking and has converted 5-of-8 field goals and 27-of-28 PATs...Garrett Kashner handles the punting and averages 37.0 yards per punt...JaJuan Jackson is the top kick returner and has returned 15 for a total of 296 yards. 

DEFENSE: Cam Hollobaugh is the reigning G-MAC Defensive Athlete of the Week and is the top defensive performer with 42 solo tackles and 68 total tackles. He's also got 3.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, two interceptions, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one blocked kick...Rocco Iacino has 28 total tackles while Marvin Conkle has 27 total tackles...Chris Jones leads the team in tackles for loss with eight and is tied for the team lead in sacks with four. Jones leads the team in QB hurries with nine...Koty Henry has four sacks and leads the team with three forced fumbles.

As a team, Walsh has forced seven fumbles to lead the conference and is tied for the conference lead in interceptions with eight.

KICKING / SPECIAL TEAMS: FG: Ben Rudolph has converted 6-of-8 field goals with a long of 37 and both misses have been blocked. Rudolph has made 21-of-22 PATs...Joseph Weiers (5th in the G-MAC) is averaging 42.6 yards per punt on 17 tries for a total of 725 yards and has booted four inside the 20-yard line with two punts of over 50 yards...Ethan Holbrook and Tyrek Spikes will look to continue to have success in the return game. Holbrook has returned 14 punts for 102 yards and Spikes has returned six kicks for 110 yards.
