Tiffin University (6-19, 3-13 G-MAC) battled through 26 lead changes and 12 ties but came up short 65-60 at Trevecca Nazarene.

The Dragons put a 9-2 run together at the end of the first quarter to hold a 20-13 lead after one period. They added to that lead and headed to halftime up 33-23.

After expanding their lead to 12 points early in the third quarter, the Trojans turned it around quickly, racing off to a 23-9 scoring edge in the period to take a 46-42 lead into the final quarter.

The Dragons continued to battle back and forth with TNU and, trailing 62-60 with 20 seconds left, TU got the ball back for a final shot. But a turnover led to TNU heading to the free throw line and putting the game out of reach.

Overall TNU held a 14-5 edge at the foul line while also scoring 19 points off turnovers to Tiffin's 12. 

Savanah Richards led TU with 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Kirsten Williams also had 12 points. Ellie Gabel added 9 and Jada Tate finished with 8.
