The Tiffin University men's basketball team came from behind to squeak out a win in Columbus by the final score of 66-62. The Dragons led for the first time with 1:35 left in the 2nd half.

The Tiffin University Dragons only scored 23 points in the first half on 37% shooting from the field, but Ohio Dominican was a shade worse than the Dragons at 36.7% from field. Both teams were slow at the start, but picked up the scoring as the half went on. Neither team set the scoreboard on fire, with ODU holding a 27-23 lead at the half. The Dragons were led in scoring by Alex Brown with 9 points at the half, followed by Antonio Pipkin with 7.

The Dragons offense slowly started clicking, but once they started rolling there was no stopping. The Dragons fell behind by as much as 8, but they battled back and made their run with a late push in the final five minutes of the 2nd half. Antonio Pipkin continued his hot play in the 2nd half, by adding seven more points to his total, leading the Dragons with 16. The turning point came when Korab Imami caught a pass on the wing, blew by his defender and threw down a thunderous dunk over two Panthers. From that point on the Dragons were on the verge. Imami's clutch free throws down the stretch helped finish off ODU. Imami finished with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Alex Brown continued his stellar season, finishing with 14 points on 6 of 10 shooting.

The win pushes the Dragons record to 8-20 overall and 4-17 in GLIAC play.
