Season Ending Road Trip Starts On Wrong Foot

Tiffin University Volleyball began a season closing 4 game road trip Friday at Ashland. The Eagles flew by the Dragons in straight sets 25-15, 25-19, 25-16.

Ashland dominated the stats Friday night en route to their victory. The biggest stat may have been Dragon errors. Tiffin recorded 22 attack errors to the Eagles 9. The Dragons did lead the dig category by totaling 51 to Ashland's 49. Taylor Lattimore led Tiffin with 15 digs. Sarah Haman and Lu Phillips each added 9. Tiffany Buchinger recorded 19 of the Dragons 22 total assists.Olivia Cobb led Tiffin with 8 kills followed by Phillips and Alexandria Miglin with 6 kills each.

The Dragons fall to 11-13, 5-10 GLIAC. Ashland improves to 8-14, 8-7 GLIAC. Tiffin will be back in action tomorrow at Lake Erie College at 2 pm with only 3 matches remaining on the Dragon schedule.
