Tiffin University (2-7, 1-7 GLIAC) kept the game close for a half but could not keep pace with Ohio Dominican's offense, as the Dragons allowed 10 second half points and fell 31-14 at Columbus.

The Panthers (6-3, 5-3) opened with the first two scores, rushing in from 4 yards out with 3:00 remaining in the first quarter and tacking on a 10 yard run for a score that capped a 10 play, 81 yard drive at 8:43 of the second quarter to make it 14-0, ODU.

But the Dragons refused to go quietly.

Tiffin struck quickly after ODU's second score, with Pedro Correa hauling in a 40 yard TD pass from Dan Pitts to make it 14-7 at the 8:18 mark.

The Dragons then put together a 12 play, 86 yard drive that ate up most of what remained of the half, with Bertram Marks catching a 26 yard touchdown toss from Pitts with 1:05 left in the half to tie the score at 14-14.

The Panthers stole momentum back before the half ended, though, putting together a 9 play, 67 yard drive in just 55 seconds. They scored on a 9 yard pass play with just 5 seconds remaining to take a 21-14 lead into the half.

The Dragons continued to move the ball through the air but could not find the end zone in the second half. The Panthers tacked on a 3 yard run for a score at 11:35 of the third quarter as well as booting a 28 yard field goal with 11:17 to play to expand their lead.

Tiffin twice marched into the red zone in the fourth quarter but could not come up with any points.
