Tiffin University (7-19) held a 42-33 halftime lead and played close throughout the second half but a 14-3 run over the last 6:00 by Hillsdale gave them a 84-73 victory. The Dragons, playing without post player Jessica Harris due to injury, started the game with 5 guards and came out firing, but could manage just 33 percent in the second half from the field as Hillsdale took advantage inside for 65 percent shooting. Hillsdale outscored TU in the paint 44-22. Karli Mast led TU with 16 points while Mandy Jaeb had 14 points as did Stephanie Kelly with 14. Katrina Clark also had 7 points with 8 rebounds.
