Tiffin struggled on day one of the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover, falling to Wisconsin-Parkside 19-25, 17-25, 15-25 before falling in a closer matchup with Indianapolis 12-25, 25-21, 21-25, 23-25.
Against Parkside, the Dragons hit just .063 with 24 attack errors while Parkside hit .244. Brooke Bernabei had a strong game with 13 kills and a solid .346 percentage, but no other Dragons player had more than 4 kills.
Against the Greyhounds, it was much closer but TU's attacks were still inconsistent. Overall Indianapolis outhit TU .247-.168, with the Dragons again committing 24 errors. TU hit -.034 in game one, bounced back nicely in taking game two with a .278 percentage, cooled off to a .108 clip in game three, and fell in game four despite hitting .268.
Danielle McQuade had a strong game against the Greyhounds, registering 20 kills with a .514 percentage, while Giavanna DiPietro had 12 kills and a .286 average. Jessica Adams had 42 assists.
