Zack Blair enters his second year as an assistant football coach at Tiffin University in 2025-26. He joined the staff in January 2024. He will serve as offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach and as recruiting coordinator.
Blair served as Pass Game Coordinator/Running Backs/Recruiting Coordinator for Saginaw State University in 2023. Prior to that, Blair was on the coaching staff of nationally-ranked NAIA program Indiana Wesleyan from 2020-22. He started as the running backs coach before adding tight ends to his responsibilities in 2021. Blair moved on to wide receivers and passing game coordinator in 2022.
He played collegiately at NCAA Division I Ball State University and at Indiana Wesleyan. Blair was a two-time captain and an All-MSFA Mideast quarterback in 2019, accounting for 37 career touchdowns.
While at IWU, Blair helped the team become the Mid-States Football Association Mideast Champions in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons. The Wildcats were semi-finalists in the NAIA Playoffs in 2022. Blair coached the MSFA offensive player of the year, a first-time honor for the Wildcats program, and also led an NAIA First-Team All-American at wide receiver in 2022. He also had two wideouts earn all-conference honors and another earned an honorable mention.
