Karlie Heilman enters her first season as an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Tiffin University in 2026.
Heilman is a native of Warren, Ohio, and graduated from Lourdes University in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She was a five-year member of the Lourdes women’s soccer program, playing center back for the Gray Wolves.
During her playing career, Heilman earned First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-Conference honors. She was also named to the OCSA All-Ohio Team and earned Academic All-Conference recognition.
Heilman begins her collegiate coaching career with the Tiffin University women's soccer program in 2026.
