Hannah Steidle joined the Tiffin University volleyball program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2026 and comes with more than a decade of coaching experience across club, high school, and collegiate ranks.

A native of Washington State, Hannah was a standout middle blocker at South Sound Christian Schools, earning First Team All-League honors before continuing her playing career at the collegiate level. Following a career-ending shoulder injury, she transitioned into coaching and quickly established herself as a successful leader on the sidelines.

As head coach at South Sound Christian Schools, Hannah guided the program to an eighth-place finish at the 2018 Washington State Championships, earning Coach of the Year honors. That same year, she was inducted into the school's Hall of Fame.

After earning her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University in 2020, Hannah relocated to New Jersey and returned to coaching in 2022 as an assistant coach at Calvary Academy. During her first season, she helped both the junior varsity and varsity teams capture Central Jersey Christian Volleyball League championships.

Since 2022, she has coached with Ocean Volleyball Club, helping lead the club's 14 National team to a Top-25 finish at the 2026 AAU National Championships. She has additionally served with the Garden Empire Volleyball Association's Regional Team Development Program and coached at the USA Volleyball All-Star Championships, where her 15U teams earned top-five national finishes in both 2024 and 2025.

At the collegiate level, Hannah spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Georgian Court University, helping the Lions win the 2024 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship and advance to the second round of the NCAA Division II Championship Tournament.

Most recently, Hannah served as the men's assistant volleyball coach at Ocean County College. She helped guide the Vikings to the 2026 Garden State Athletic Conference, Region XIX, and District E championships, while the program finished as the NJCAA National Runner-Up. The coaching staff was also recognized with Coaching Staff of the Year honors.

Dedicated to the holistic development of student-athletes, Hannah brings a passion for mentorship, player development, and competitive excellence as she helps continue the growth and success of the Tiffin University volleyball program.
