Dawn West enters her second season as Head Women's Golf Coach at Tiffin University in 2025-26.
West spent 12 seasons as Head Women's Golf Coach at the University of Northwestern Ohio, leading the Racers to consecutive NAIA National Championship appearances. Her 2023-24 squad finished 21st at the championships after claiming their sixth WHAC championship. She has qualified for NAIA Nationals seven times, finishing as high as 7th in 2018-19.
West has been named WHAC Coach of the Year six consecutive seasons and posted a 729-360-2 overall record with the Racers. In addition to her stint with UNOH (2012-24), West also served as Head Coach at Ohio Northern in 2009. Overall as a collegiate coach she holds a 804-376-3 mark.
