Paris is from Gary, Indiana and is the son of Teresa Hernandez and Paris Millsap, and the stepson of Jamael Reed. He intends to major in Sports Management at Tiffin.

High School:

At Calumet New Tech High School, Paris was named to the All-Conference team three times, All-Area team once, was a 2x team MVP, Rookie of the Year, and had over 1,000 yards receiving in his career.
