Tiffin University (7-7) came up short in a three-set singles match, falling on the road at Indianapolis 4-3.
The day's longest match went the Greyhounds' way, as
Brooke McNeal fell in a heartbreaker 6-3, 0-6, 6-4. Singles play cost the Dragons against UIndy, as TU lost four of the six matches. The lone winners were
Jemimah Choi 6-1, 6-4 and
Erna Brdarevic 6-3, 6-2.
Francesca Milani fell 6-4, 6-2,
Imani Shah came up short 6-3, 6-4, and
Katarina Yates lost 6-3, 6-1.
In doubles, Tiffin won the point with two wins. Choi/McNeal won 6-0 while Yates/Brdarevic won a close one 6-4. Shah/Milani also lost 6-1.
