Tiffin University's women's cross country team posted a win in their 2024 opener at the Tiffelberg Open held at Paradiso Fields.

Tiffin finished first of seven teams, beating Ashland and Ursuline. The Dragons led with 32 points while Ashland and Ursuline tied for second with 63. Thomas More was fourth with 82 points.

Ines Macadam placed first overall with a time of 18:07.3, posting the third-fastest time in school history.

Tiffin also had three other placers in the Top 8, with Greta Macadam taking 5th in 18:58.0 and Acadia Tremain was 6th with 18:58.2. Ally Denny was 8th in 19:01.8.

Other top finishers for Tiffin included Audrey Sanzone (12th in 19:14.2), Caitlin Weitzel (18th in 19:54.2), Morgan Russo (23rd in 20:03.8), Zaynah Tate (26th in 20:08.9), and Danielle Davis (63rd in 23:21.4).
