Tiffin University (6-0) got three singles wins along with a close doubles point to beat Purdue Northwest 4-3.

The Dragons got the doubles point with a 6-3 win from Emily Barrett/Jemimah Choi and a 6-2 win from Sarah Roy/Celine Ferron. Anaelle Lepinay/Maeva Maxch lost a close match 7-5.

In singles Carina Avram got the deciding win with a three-set thriller 7-6, 0-6, 6-0, while Lepinay (6-3, 6-3) and Choi (6-2, 6-2) also picked up straight-set singles wins to secure the victory. 

Tiffin's other losses were all close, with two of them going three sets. Maxch fell 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 while Jessica Peace fell 6-4, 3-6, 6-1. Barrett fell 6-4, 6-4.
