Tiffin University improved its dual meet record to 3-0 with a sweep of Lake Erie 42-12 and Davenport 48-5.
Tiffin opened with a commanding performance against the Storm. They opened with three straight wins as
Cael Woods (125 pounds) won 8-2,
Anthony Aniciete (133) won 10-5, and
Max Shore (141) won 16-6.
After a couple losses by fall, the Dragons swept the rest of the matches.
Jakob Hurley (174) won 7-0 and
Lucas Salmon (197) won by fall in 5:19.Â
Nolan Gessler (165),
David Davis (184), and
Jake Powell (285) all won by forfeit.
Against Davenport, the Dragons won all by one weight class. The Dragons had three straight pins to open play with Woods winning in 1:20, Shore in 2:30, and
Bret Minnick (141) winning in 3:09.

Casey Barnett (157) got another pin fall victory in 48 seconds, and Gessler pinned his opponent in 1:29.Â
Hurley won a last-second bout 4-3, with Davis winning by major decision 12-2. Salmon got a tech fall victory 15-0, and Powell finished the match with a pin in 56 seconds.
