Tiffin University went 2-1 at the Warrior Duals.

The Dragons picked up wins over Trine 31-11 and Brewton Parker 24-22 while falling against host Indiana Tech 33-14.

Against Trine, the Dragons got wins in six of the final seven weight classes to pull away. Jenavi Alejandro (109 pounds) got TU off on the right foot with a 10-0 tech fall win.

Trailing 5-4, the Dragons closed out the dual in fine fashion. Madelin Allen (123) got another 10-0 win while Abigail Miller (143) got a pin in 29 seconds. Erin Martin (155) won a narrow 6-4 decision, and Sidney Ramos (191) also got a win by fall in 2:01. Leah Pekar (130) and Tia Leahy (170) also got wins by forfeit.

Against Brewton Parker, Tiffin got four forfeit wins over the final four bouts to pull out the two-point victory. Ariana Carrasquillo (143), Martin, Ramos, and Leahy all got forfeit victories. The sole TU grappler to win on the mat was Alejandro, who posted another tech fall win 11-0.

TU got three wins in the loss to the Warriors. Alejandro posted her third tech fall win of the day 10-0, while Martin got a win by pin in 5:26 and Ramos got another tech fall win 10-0.
