The Tiffin University men's track and field team competed on day one of the GMAC Outdoor Championship meet.

Vincent Volpe came in sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 56.36 meters and Benedict Draghi was ninth with a mark of 54.44 meters.

Josiah Gadson finished second in the 100-meter dash decathlon with a time of 11.34, first in the long jump with a mark of 6.54 meters, third in the shot put with a throw of 10.36 meters, and third in the high jump with a mark of 1.76 meters.

Davis Reinhard also competed in the decathlon as he finished sixth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.85, fifth in the long jump with a leap of 5.65 meters, seventh in the shot put with a throw of 9.85 meters, and fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.73 meters.
