Tiffin University (20-4) pulled out two close singles matches to close out the victory over Walsh 4-0 at the GMAC Semifinals.

The Dragons got their first point by taking two doubles matches in dominating fashion. Alessandra Maganuco/Anaelle Lepinay raced past Risako Umekuni/Alexa Gamborino 6-2, while Emily Barrett/Emily Young secured the point with a 6-1 win over Shantala Uzcategui/Nicole Beidacki.

In singles, Allessandra Maganuco got TU's first singles win over Chiara Wolff 6-1, 6-3. Jessica Peace then pulled out the first close match, edging Carla Padberg 6-3, 7-6 (7-4). Finally, Carina Avram put the match away with a hard-fought battle over Shantala Uzcategui 6-1, 7-6 (7-5). 

The Dragons will now take on Findlay on April 23 after the Oilers beat Hillsdale 4-3.
