Tiffin University (4-3, 3-3 GLIAC) pulled out a number of close matches, beating Walsh 6-3.

TU held a 2-1 lead after doubles play. Caroline Nelhage/Chelsea Beck and Abigail Schuster/Valentina Mazzola both won by 8-5 scores, while Bianca Avram/Caroline Harpainter lost 7-5.

In singles play, TU won the top four singles matches. Nelhage (6-4, 7-5), Mazzola (6-2, 6-3) and Harpaintner (6-0, 6-2) all won in straight sets, while Avram won a three set battle 6-4, 2-6, 11-9. Beck fell in three sets 3-6, 6-2, 6-1, while Schuster also lost a close one 7-6, 7-6.
