Three close matches went against Tiffin University as the Dragons (4-5, 3-5 GLIAC) fell to Hillsdale 6-3.

Valentina Mazzola picked up a win at second singles 6-3, 6-4 while Chelsea Beck also won in straight sets 6-0, 6-2 to get TU two points, while Abigail Schuster pulled out a tough 5-7, 7-6, 10-7 marathon victory.

But things went against the Dragons in three other narrow defeats. Malaika Bora Messi lost for the first time this season at first singles 6-2, 7-6, while Messi/Mazzola also fell at first doubles 8-6. Lastly, Renee Mattson/Schuster also fell 8-5.

Scherting and Mattson also lost straight set singles matches while Scherting/Beck also fell 8-0 in doubles.
