Tiffin University (8-6, 6-6 GLIAC) traveled to Grand Valley State and came up short in an 8-1 loss.

Tiffin's lone win came at first doubles, where Malaika Bora Messi/Valentina Mazzola won a close 8-6 decision. Nicole Ardner/Anna Scherting fell 8-3 and Chelsea Beck/Abigail Schuster fell 8-2 as the Dragons trailed 2-1 heading to singles play.

Tiffin dropped two more tough singles matches, with Messi falling 6-7 (0-6), 6-3, 10-7 and Mazzola dropping a 6-4, 5-7, 10-6 score. TU's other singles losses were in straight sets, with Schuster losing 6-4, 6-1 and Beck falling 6-3, 6-2 in the closest matches.
