Drew Hickman serves as the Game Management Administrator.
Hickman is a former Division II track and field athlete and 2016 Indoor National Champion with Tiffin University. He earned multiple conference titles during his career and served as a three-year team captain.
After his competitive career, Drew stayed involved in athletics through coaching and mentoring. He helped student-athletes improve in sprints, hurdles, and relays, coached a national champion, and supported recruiting and eligibility processes to help athletes succeed academically and athletically.
In 2025, he served as Tournament Director for the Men’s Soccer Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament, overseeing scheduling, staffing, and all game-day operations. He also coordinates home athletic events, managing staff, vendors, and facilities to ensure smooth and safe experiences for student-athletes and fans.
Drew holds an MBA in Leadership and Change and a BBA in Sports Management from Tiffin University. He is passionate about helping student-athletes grow, develop leadership skills, and succeed both on and off the field.
