Lybarger finished with a 7-8 record, registering 12 takedowns, 15 escapes, 10 four-point nearfalls, and a pair of pins.

2016-17:

Mateo posted a 1-2 record with seven takedowns and four escapes.

2015-16:

Lybarger finished the year 2-4 overall with six takedowns and nine escapes.

Personal:

Mateo is the son of Matt and Lisa Lybarger. He has three siblings and is double majoring in Homeland Security and Government.

High School:

Mateo is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. While attending, he was a two time state qualifier.
